Shipping rates are included into the price of every item, in this way you don't need to worry about adding an item to the cart and get surprised of total price. Shipment takes 10-20 calendar days (depends on your country and customs procedure) from the date of purchasing CashmereHome items. If there are any delay in shipment we will notify you immediately. We also provide an option for customers who prefer express shipment which takes 3-7 days for additional charge of USD15. The time of shipment depends on customs in your country.

CashmereHome.com is based in SAR Hong-Kong and complies with SAR Hong-Kong regulations; however, your country may have different requirements for importing our products. Now, we can't be liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay on delivery to your country. Please note that any country, regional or local charges and/or tax is/are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Our policy lasts 45 days since the day you purchased any item at our store. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
